Aromatherapy Milk or Foot Bath

This is an alternative for classic milk bath, use powedered milk for this rather than whole milk.

Use about 1/2 cup powdered milk

1/4 cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt

2 – 4 drops of your favorite Young Living essential oil such as: jasmine, lavender, rose, Peace & Calming, or Dragon Time for a wonderful relaxing scent.
