Lemon Cookies

I promise, these will be gobbled up by just about anybody in no time! Lemon cookies made with….. wait for it….. REAL LEMON VITALITY ESSENTIAL OIL! So refreshing to make something that you know is the real deal.

Yummy Lemon Cookies

• 3/4 cup butter

• 1/2 cup Blue Agave

• 1 egg

• 13 drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

In a medium bowl, cream butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and Lemon Vitality Essential Oil.  Stir in flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Cover dough and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll chilled dough into walnut-sized balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
